This project began over a Dairy Queen Blizzard and a conversation about floppy disks—fitting for a couple like Hayden and James, who wanted their wedding design to be anything but traditional. Inspired by Wes Anderson’s signature aesthetic, I crafted a suite that was equal parts nostalgic, quirky, and thoughtfully designed.

For their save the dates, I transformed actual floppy disks into keepsakes, re-labeling them with a playful illustration and wedding details designed to mimic a classic disk label. The main invitations were letterpressed in tonal ink for a monochromatic vibe, featuring a custom illustration on the Welcome Party invitation. The color palette and typography stayed true to Anderson’s cinematic world, and I even printed miniature Pantone chips as a guide for guests’ event attire. Every element was designed with the couple’s love for offbeat details in mind, making this project truly tailor-made.
